SaaS software company WorkWave has launched registration for its 2024 Beyond Service User Conference, which will take place in Orlando, Florida from January 7–10.

Highlights of the 2024 conference, per WorkWave, will comprise:

Access to special, hands-on product boot camps; thought leadership discussions with leading figures in the field; customized product training to assist clients in becoming proficient with the daily applications they depend on; Additionally chances to consult one-on-one with product specialists Bobcat finishes remodeling in Wisconsin.

The $5.3 million refurbishment at Bobcat Co.’s Johnson Creek, Wisconsin, plant is now complete. The Johnson Creek plant produces equipment for grounds maintenance, turf, and mowers.

Bobcat stated that the investment in the Johnson Creek location refurbished the employee and office spaces with an open-concept layout, various conference and meeting rooms, new furnishings, and an improved break area for workers. More than 375 people work in sales, HR, strategic sourcing, design and test engineering, and production for some of the company’s products related to turf and grounds maintenance equipment.

Davey and Greehill Collaborate

The Davey Tree Expert Co., ranked No. 2 in the 2023 LM150 rankings, and its subsidiary Davey Resource Group (DRG) have a partnership with greehill, a business intelligence company based in Singapore.

Greehill uses a combination of high-resolution cameras, satellite photos, mobile laser scanning (MLS), terrestrial laser scanning (TLS), and proprietary machine learning algorithms to create 3D digital twins and automated evaluations of urban trees. Cities of all sizes may now receive precise insights due to the solution, which cuts down on the time and expense involved in doing a citywide tree inventory.

Business development manager for DRG Josh Behounek said, “This partnership with Greehill is exciting because DRG will be able to utilize this new urban forestry technology to complete more urban forestry projects in the U.S. and bring additional value to our clients.” “By significantly cutting down on the time required to gather urban forestry data, Greehill’s solution will enable us to conduct more tree inventories for more cities and utilize the information to carefully plan tree planting and maintenance initiatives in our urban areas.”

FieldBin Receives a Startup Honor

In the Startup Achievement of the Year category at the 18th Annual Top Tech Award 2025 for Information Technology, FieldBin, a provider of field service management software, took home a Bronze Top Tech Award.

The Information Technology World Awards, one of the nine Top Tech Award programs, honor information technology and cyber security suppliers with cutting-edge, innovative goods, services, and solutions that are raising the standard across the board for technology.

Tree Source Obtains Nursery Located in Oregon

Serendipity Nursery, a plant supply company in Canby, Oregon, has been acquired by Tree Source, a company based in Rupert, Idaho.

Eric Mitton, president of Tree Source, expressed his excitement about integrating Serendipity Nursery within the company. “I’m sure that this collaboration will enable us to maintain the excellent standards they’ve established and give our clients even greater service. Additionally, Tree Source will guarantee that we sustain Serendipity’s enduring connections with its current clientele.
